Check-In
Check-In begins at 4pm unless you're gotten permission for an early check-in​
Entry & Keys
We'll text you the codes.
Combo to get into the home is located between the garage and the main part of the home.
There's a door that goes to the mud room and the combo is on the right side of the wall by the window.
The key will open the front door or that mud room door.
Wifi Access
Free wifi access is included with your stay. All you have to do is choose to the Crown Jewel of Seacrest Guest network.
It should prompt your for your name and email address then it will automatically log you in.
Pool and Beach Bands
Upon arrival, call 850- 830-1657 to have the HOA bring your parking passes and wrist bands over.

You cannot get into the pool or beach without the bands.
​
Technically the HOA can give tickets to any cars that don't have the parking pass displayed.
Check-Out
Check-In begins at 10am unless you're gotten permission for a late check-out
What We Want You To Do
If you slept in a bed DO NOT MAKE IT so our house manager knows it's been used.

Please empty the trash bins into the garbage can which is behind the garage area in the little white fence.
Wrist Bands and Passes
The wrist bands change weekly and the parking passes are date specific. So simply leave your wrist bands on the kitchen counter and throw away your parking passes.
Locking Up
Once you have all your things just lock the door and put the key back in the combo box.
